As no quorum of the membership was met (30% of all members, or a vote from 104 distinct households), the previous Board rolls over to the next year. Denver Fox will continue in his capacity as President, with Angelina Berrigan serving as VP, Eryn Yates as Treasurer, Kristine Boccio as Secretary, and Mike Himel as Director at Large. Thanks to these volunteers for all the time and effort they spend to keep our neighborhood fabulous!
