Exciting news! The fountain and aerators for our neighborhood ponds are installed, with some wiring still needed for permanent placement — this will be fully complete next week.
Homes near the ponds may notice a slight sulfur smell — TL;DR: this is normal and will subside within a few days. For those scientifically inclined, hydrogen sulfide gas is exchanging with clean oxygen, and during the initial oxygenation, there is a significant transfer from the previously still water.
