A reminder that the annual HOA member meeting for Latham Park is this Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 7pm. We will be gathering at the pool pavilion and via zoom for those unable to attend in person. The primary agenda is election of the new Board of Directors (assuming there are sufficient candidates to vote for), but this is also an opportunity for you to highlight any successes or concerns for the HOA that have not been addressed at Board meetings.
