As most folks are aware, the ARB reviews applications for exterior changes to our homes — paint colors, landscaping, gutters — to ensure they are in line with community guidelines and requirements, which keeps all of our home values up. They need one more member to fill the 5 seats on the committee, and it could be you! Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month.
