Two addendums to the Architectural Community Guidelines were approved in last week’s Board meeting, to provide clarity on exterior projects involving permanent holiday lighting and railings on porches. Full details have been added to the Documents page, Rules & Standards tab. We will be working with the ARB to incorporate these new guidelines with the existing Community Standards as a single document.
