Latham Park is organizing a community garage sale next month — Saturday and Sunday, April 26-27, 2025. All homes are welcome to join in — clean out some unwanted or unused items that have just been sitting around! Bring a table (and a canopy, if you want) out to the pool parking lot so folks can browse easily.
The HOA will file the required permit with the county. Please fill out the linked form if you intend to take part, so that we have an idea of how many homes are participating.
