UPDATE: The community garage sale is set for THIS SATURDAY (10/2) from 8AM–2PM.
Based on the feedback received in the previous poll for garage sale dates, the Latham Park community garage sale will be held on Saturday, October 2nd, 2021. County permitting requires that a list of homes taking part in the sale be submitted ahead of time — if you would like to participate, please sign up via the linked form by no later than September 16th so that the Events Committee has time to submit the permit application.
What are the advertised times for the sale? We were planning around 7am to Noon but want to align with the neighborhood.
Is promotion planned? It may be good to put out the sign a few days early similar to Watermark to help build awareness.
