Our new landscape vendor CEPRA has started, and are already exceeding expectations. Please be patient with them as they work through a giant list of items that have been neglected for some time. Currently on the list that CEPRA is working on are items such as:
- spray and trim shrubs on Lake Huckleberry side
- remove weeds for landscape beds
- replace dead hedges at the front of the neighborhood
- going through every sprinkler on property and fixing them so our irrigation works correctly
