We would like a minimum of 10 homes to participate in order to file the permits and proceed with advertising the sale. Please email the events committee — Events@LathamParkHOA.com — by Wednesday, August 31st if your home will be participating. We need your name and address.
Latham Park Events Committee will complete the permitting and payment for you as long as we have at least 10 homes who commit.
