Please vote! Online voting is open

Online voting for the 2022 Board of Directors election and proposed amendments began on Wednesday, April 13. Email subscribers should have received an email from invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com, with a link to your household’s unique ballot. Each household is only allowed one (1) vote, so if multiple people at an address are on our email list, only one (whose first name comes first, sorted alphabetically) will receive the link from ElectionBuddy. If you have not seen the ballot email, please check your spam filter first — if you still can’t find it, please reach out to communication@lathamparkhoa.com with your name and street address. We can validate the email in the system, resend the ballot, or if necessary, provide your access key manually. Even if you plan to attend the members’ meeting on April 20, we’d love for you to utilize the online vote to make everything go faster and be more efficient in the meeting! Remember, this election determines how your HOA will function in the coming year — thanks in advance for your vote, it could be the one that makes a real difference in the end result! Please remind your neighbors to vote as well, as current bylaws require that we receive affirmative votes from 2/3 of all member households — that’s 230 votes — in order to pass any of the proposed amendments.
