Trash and Recycling containers for lots with garages entering from the alley will be cited a violation if the garbage cans are within view from the alley or the street. All lots in Latham Park shall screen garbage and recycling containers from view from outside of the lot except when they are being made available for collection. Enforcement will begin in March 2022.
