TECO has informed us that permits are approved to commence the final leg of pipeline construction! The current CNG trailers that supply the neighborhood with natural gas will be replaced with a connection to the active gas main in the next 2-3 months (estimated). Work has begun along Flamingo Crossings, which will bring pipeline gas to Latham Park and surrounding communities.
