Upcoming Neighborhood Amenity Improvements

As discussed in the June BOD meeting, there are some improvements and repairs coming to our beautiful community, including:

• New, raccoon-resistant trash cans for the pool area
• Additional tables and chairs for the pool area
• Repaired fireplace at pool area. Waiting on a part to come in hoping this will be completed soon.
• Securing access to the parking lot side entrances to the pool area (we acknowledge that this topic and expense may require additional dialog; the currently proposed solution is to add additional key fob readers to match the front. Most details to come!)
