Thanks to all of the residents who responded to the recent poll — we had a record amount of feedback, surpassing the votes cast in the 2022 Election, with 244 households participating! The Board intends to take this data into account when planning future projects for the community, but a majority or plurality at this point is no guarantee that a project will move forward. Particularly when it comes to amenities, further study — including budget, and potential impact to HOA dues and reserves, if any — is warranted, and will be presented to the community to confirm interest before moving forward.
