Melrose changed their vendor who handles dues payments without telling us. This is the new link. Reminder, this is the last payment to Melrose.
You will be receiving information next month from Don Asher our new HOA management company. So after April’s payment the rest of this years HOA payments should be going to Don Asher.
Do we need to do anything if we are on autopay?
The only item we were made aware of was a vendor change for manual payments submitted online, not sure if this applies to autopay as well. You can always reach out to the management company (currently Melrose) via lathamparkhoa.com/contact for confirmation that your dues payments are up-to-date.
The newsletter said link is changed for HOA dues.
